Accessing Your Files

There are a number of ways to access and edit your files. The most obvious is using FTP. But for a VPS you have other options.

1.  ConfigServer Explorer - this script adds a tool to WHM so you can view, edit, download files and more within WHM without opening anther program or app!

2.  SSH - Some programs like MobaXterm have a built-in SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) allowing you to view all of the files on your server. You can right-click on a file and use the built-in text editor or choose an editor of your choice to edit your files and save them to the server.

3.  You can also use any text editor in your linux OS such as VIM. To do so, just use a command in SSH like so:

vi /pathtofile/filename
